I am a first-generation Dominican-American yoga instructor from The Bronx, New York 🙅🏽‍♀️.  My intention as a yoga teacher is to challenge the mainstream representation of white-femme wellness spaces by creating a healing movement rooted in intersectionality, community care, and ancestral wisdom. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for five years.
